The legal status of this site
The project concerns a regulated market, and the fund does not yet exist in any legal form. What follows sets out what that means for the content published here.
Project status
PRIME Q is a project at the concept stage. No management company exists, and no fund, alternative investment company or other investment vehicle has been formed or registered.
No entity connected with the project holds a licence from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to manage alternative investment funds, or an entry in the register of AIF managers; none provides investment advice or carries on brokerage activity.
What this site is not
The content of this site is informational and educational only. In particular it does not constitute:
- an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, or an invitation to contract
- a proposal to acquire financial instruments, or a public offering
- an investment recommendation within the meaning of the Market Abuse Regulation
- investment, tax or legal advice
- an assurance that the fund described will be created or will take the parameters described
No track record
The project has no verified investment track record. We deliberately publish no simulated or modelled rates of return: a result obtained on historical data is not a result achieved, and is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
Risk
Investing in financial instruments, including alternative funds, carries the risk of losing part or all of the capital invested. Alternative funds have limited liquidity, and exiting an investment may only be possible at set dates.
Quantitative strategies additionally carry the risk that their statistical edge fades, and operational risk tied to infrastructure and data.
The Founding Circle
Terms described as founding express the project's intention towards investors who join at an early stage. They are not an offer or a commitment and create no claims on either side.
Any arrangements concerning an investment will only be possible once a legal structure has been chosen, fund documentation prepared, and regulatory requirements met, including anti-money-laundering obligations.
